Annual Pre-Scuba Show Dive
“A two-tank Cinco de Mayo Oil Rig dive”
ONLY A FEW SPACES LEFT!!!
Join us on Cinco de Mayo for one of southern California’s most unique and exciting blue-water dive adventures! This is a limited load 2-tank oil rig dive on the “Pacific Star” out of San Pedro. We will dive one of the local Oil Rigs “Eureka” or “The Twins” (Elly & Ellen).
Oil Rig Diving is similar to open ocean diving and is considered an advance dive due to unpredictability of conditions and “bottomless” structure at depths between 260- 720 feet. You must have an Advanced Certification or higher, and be comfortable with this type of diving to join us for this dive adventure.

Diving southern California’s oil rigs gives divers a unique mixture of reef, wreck and blue-water diving. The vertical structure provides refuge to sea lions, reef critters and pelagic fish.
Please note that oil rig diving is weather and condition dependent. We will dive a local wreck and kelp bed if we are unable dive the oil rigs. Always allow for the unexpected.
If you’re already planning on going to the Scuba Show in Long Beach or just feel like taking Friday off and jumping in the water, please join us for an exciting and fun pre-Scuba Show dive adventure. We look forward to diving with you soon!
